The comprehensive benefits programs are evidence of the commitment to our associates.

Medical Insurance
The high cost of medical and hospital bills makes our health coverage the most expensive, and the most valuable, benefit provided to associates. This insurance protects associates from the financial strain of a major illness or injury. We strive to provide associates with a very comprehensive medical plan at a reasonable rate.

PrecisionIR pays the majority of the medical premiums for full-time associates and a good portion of the premium for family, spouse or children. Associates are eligible the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment.

PrecisionIR offers a choice of high-quality healthcare programs. Associates may choose between Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Open Access, which allows associates the freedom to visit a participating specialist for covered services without a referral from a primary care physician, or a PPO program, which gives associates the freedom to choose the physician or hospital for covered benefits each time care is sought.

Both medical programs offer a range of services, including doctor's visits, hospitalization, prescription drug programs, prenatal programs, vision benefits with discounts on frames & lenses, and Employee Assistance Program.

Dental Insurance
PrecisionIR's dental plan assists with the cost of a range of dental services and procedures, and encourages regular, preventive treatment. We pay the majority of the dental premiums for full-time associates and a good portion of the premium for family, spouse or children. Associates are eligible the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment.

Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Protection
PrecisionIR provides insurance coverage to replace income for short-term and long-term periods of disability such as non-work related illness or injury for all full-time associates. We pay 100% of the premium.

Flexible Spending Account
PrecisionIR offers a medical and child care flexible spending account through salary reduction, to pay for selected benefits with pre-tax dollars.

Life Insurance
PrecisionIR provides a life insurance plan that assists associates with the financial security of their survivors. The life insurance plan provides a payout of one times your salary up to a maximum of $100,000 for all full-time associates. We pay 100% of the premium.

Holidays
PrecisionIR observes 11 paid holidays per calendar year. Associates are eligible for holiday pay from the first day of employment.

Vacation
Associates earn vacation based upon their tenure with PrecisionIR, up to a maximum of 25 days per calendar year.

Tuition Reimbursement
The tuition reimbursement program is designed to assist associates who are gaining additional job-related knowledge and skills through courses elected at a college or university.

401(k) Plan
All associates are eligible to participate in PrecisionIR's retirement plan 1st of the month following 30 days of employment. Associates enjoy a 50% company match up to 6%. The plan allows a variety of investment accounts that can be changed at any time the associate wishes.

Sick Leave
Paid sick leave is provided for an associate's absence due to personal illness, injury or medical appointments or to provide care for an immediate family member's illness or injury.
