Our compensation program is designed to ensure that PrecisionIR:

attracts and retains key skills and experience
rewards associates for achieving our corporate mission and ambitious business goals
recognizes and rewards both individual and team performance
is non-discriminatory and based on the quality and quantity of work performed

The PrecisionIR culture places considerable emphasis on motivating personal performance. Most of our associates are eligible for the following performance related incentive plans:

Annual Incentive
Bonuses are paid partly on achievement of personal performance objectives and partly on achievement of corporate financial targets. Assessment of performance takes place quarterly or half-yearly and bonuses are paid accordingly as a percentage of an associate's base salary. Full and part-time associates are eligible to participate in the plan.

Referral Bonus Program
All associates are encouraged to make associate referrals for open positions within the company. If the referred associate is extended an offer of employment and becomes successfully employed, the associate making the referral receives a generous referral bonus.
