Annual Incentive
Bonuses are paid on achievement of corporate financial targets. Bonuses are paid annualy as a percentage of an
associate's base salary. Full and part-time associates are eligible to participate in the plan.
Referral Bonus Program
All associates are encouraged to make associate referrals for open positions within the company. If the referred
associate is extended an offer of employment and becomes successfully employed, the associate making the referral
receives a generous referral bonus.
