
Our remuneration programme is designed to ensure that PrecisionIR:
- attracts and retains key skills and experience
- rewards associates for achieving our corporate mission and ambitious business goals
- recognises and rewards both individual and team performance
- is non-discriminatory and based on the quality and quantity of work performed
Each position is zoned on the basis of a job evaluation scheme and compensation ranges within zones are set according to local labour market conditions. At present there are 10 zones. Individual base salaries reflect individual merit and company performance.
The PrecisionIR culture places considerable emphasis on motivating personal performance. Most of our associates are eligible for the following performance related incentive plans:
Annual Incentive
Bonuses are paid partly on achievement of personal performance objectives and partly on achievement of corporate
financial targets. Assessment of performance takes place quarterly or half-yearly and bonuses are paid accordingly
as a percentage of an associate's base salary.
Full and part-time associates are eligible to participate in the plan.
Referral Bonus Programme
All associates are encouraged to make associate referrals for open positions within the company. If the referred
associate is extended an offer of employment and becomes successfully employed, the associate making the referral
receives a generous referral bonus.
Associate of the Year and People's Choice Awards
Each December, the Associate of the Year is selected by our Executive Board and the People's Choice Award winners
are selected by their fellow associates. Winners are chosen for exceptional and outstanding contribution to the company's success;
they are recognised on a plaque in the office and rewarded with a generous prize. The first and second
runner up are also recognised and presented with a generous prize. The winners are announced at our end of year party.
