Michael joined PrecisionIR in April 2009 as Chief Executive Officer with over thirty years experience managing leading organizations across Asia, Europe and North America. He is the former President of Dun & Bradstreet US, and prior to that, served in several senior leadership roles at Time Warner, where his positions included President & CEO of Time Inc. International, President & COO of Time Warner Digital Media, President of the Business Information Group, VP of Marketing for Time Inc., and General Manager of People Magazine. Over the course of his career he has been instrumental in transforming companies into category leaders in marketing, media, and information services. Michael received an M.B.A. from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration, and a B.A. from the University of Delaware.
Vice President, Marketing & Global Sales
Chris joined PrecisionIR in February 2000 as a Business Development Manager. He previously worked as an Analyst for the Investment Banking division of Commerce Bancorp, Inc. In his time with PrecisionIR he has been responsible for the Fund product, Conference Webcast offerings and PrecisionIR's global partnership network. Most recently Chris was responsible for IR Sales across North America. In his current role, he will be responsible for product and exchange partnership development, launching the core services in new countries, and sales development/training. Chris received a B.S. in Economics from Bridgewater College and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Chief Technology Officer
Rob joined PrecisionIR as CTO in 2011. Rob has more than 20 years of experience in information technology with an emphasis on building software. He is responsible for product management and application development for the PrecisionIR product line in addition to internal IT. Prior to this Rob was a line of business CTO in the Healthcare and Science market group of Thomson Reuters from 2005 to 2010. Before Thomson Reuters, he was CTO of Xperts, Inc, and founder of a new line of business adding more than $3 million in revenue through SaaS products delivered to US schools. His early career included various positions ranging from software engineering to project management and business development. Rob holds a BA in Math and Computer Science from Washington College, and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.
