Experienced Investors Remain Engaged in Recent Volatile Conditions

WILink's New Investor Research Provides Insight on Investment Behavior

Richmond, VA – March 10, 2003 – WILink, a leading provider of global investor relations and investment information services, today released new research on investor behavior. The study was conducted with investors who use WILink's Annual Reports Service to research investments. The study showed these investors to be experienced, with high asset bases and remaining committed to the stock market, even through the unstable conditions last year. The Annual Reports Service, a targeting research service that reaches a select audience, is one of WILink's PrecisionIR services designed to facilitate communications between corporations and the investment community.

The study, which was fielded in December 2002, focused on investors' attitudes toward investment information, their investment research behavior, and demographics. Six thousand surveys were fielded to investors who had used the Annual Reports Service through online and offline financial information channels like The Wall Street Journal, Barron's, Yahoo!Finance and Nasdaq.com. Over 387 investors completed and returned the survey.

The results showed that wealthy, experienced investors continue to research new investment opportunities. The profile of PrecisionIR investors who responded is high net worth, experienced and loyal. The average investor who replied to the survey reported:

Finer Westin Associates independently tabulated this research.

"Despite 2002 being a tough market marked by a lack of investor confidence, experienced investors continued to search for new investment opportunities. These experienced investors are not scared away by volatile conditions," said J. Patrick Galleher, chief operating officer of WILink, Inc., "These are the type of investors who make attractive long-term shareholders adding stability in these volatile markets."

According to 60% of the investors, the Annual Report continues to be the most credible source for investment information. Approximately 69% reported they purchased stock in a company whose report they requested through the Annual Reports Service and the average investment was over $22,000 per investor.
